Co-founder Melissa McNutt is one of the most seasoned experiential professionals in the game. With 15 years experience spanning multiple corporations, she’s created countless memorable moments for clients with work that’s been recognized nationally as well as by her peers.

As the founding member of Samsung’s experiential marketing team in North America, she managed ROI focused campaigns for key brand components including packaging, big box retail promotions and consumer and influencer experiences. Most recently, Melissa held a senior role at Magic Leap, the mixed-reality startup funded by Google and Alibaba, where she designed and implemented a 360-degree marketing strategies that included influencer, retail and experiential.

​Melissa and her family live in San Diego, CA where they landed after crisscrossing the United States for the last 10 years. She enjoys live music, surfing with her 3 year old son, exploring the local taco scene, and long walks on the beach with her french bulldogs, Nixon and Floyd.

Co-founder Elizabeth Hood is a media and sales professional whose multidisciplinary approach has enabled her to work with top tier names in media, technology and finance. Elizabeth’s career focus is in B2B development where she has facilitated executive level experiences for her clients via conferences and unique thought leadership opportunities.

During her tenure at Bloomberg LP and WWD, Elizabeth played a key role orchestrating over 30 conferences and forums across the United States and internationally. Specializing in sponsorship and attendance, Elizabeth managed high touch business interactions for executives while also integrating their brand fully into the experience via digital, television and print advertising.  

​After 15 years away, Elizabeth is enjoying being back in her oh-so-hip hometown of Austin, TX. She enjoys supporting local businesses, exploring the many green spaces of Austin with her toddler son, Van and cooking for her friends and family.
